Tails & Coffee is a home away from home for our pet. She has been a regular boarder at Tails & Coffee for last 1 year. Her excitement levels when she gets to know that it is time for her to go to Tails & Coffee is an indication of how much she loves being there. Personally, it feels so good and comforting to have a place where our pet can stay when we are at work or travelling out for a few days. Parikshit and his team are thorough in caregiving, and the place is always jostling with happy pets. We are very grateful to Tails & Coffee team for not just taking care of our dog, but also contributing to the society at large, by making efforts towards ensuring street animals are taken care of as well. My boy Bruno has been an ardent fan of Tails and coffee. Not having a pleasant experience with some other boardinghouse prior to this one, I was skeptical of taking another risk of boarding Bruno for a week while I was not in Delhi. But my boarding experience was completely turned around by the dedication exhibited by Parikshit and his team. These guys are the most courteous care takers that a pet parent can ever wish for, treating Bruno like their own. They catered to all his needs be it food or his roaming around time. I was kept updated with all his meals and activities which indeed was a blessing. A must recommended place in case anyone plans to board their pet for a few hours or days! The moment you step into this beautiful place, you are put at ease and all doubts seem to fade away, when you see so many fur babies playing and feeling safe and comfortable. My doggo is very fussy and had never felt comfortable at any boarding because of which we were unable to plan any outing. Tails & Coffee is a blessing for us. In fact I was a little jealous when Zoe was so happy that she didn't seem to miss us this time. But honestly, so happy that she has settled well here. The regular updates via photos and videos on whatsapp help further and you can just focus on enjoying your trip while also enjoying the cute videos sent by the Tails & coffee team. Such Great experience with Tails & Coffee. We had to leave our dog at their boarding for around 10 days as we were going out of station and they took such good care of our baby. Regular updates over the WhatsApp with atleast 2 videos each day. And even when he came back home, he looked so happy and was keen to go back with the person who came to drop him. Before sending our dog back, they made sure to gave him a proper bath and grooming session and infact gifted us couple of dog goodies and treats as a gesture while dropping him. This has been the best experience of a pet grooming center so far. The staff and the owner, Parikshit are all very professional and take utmost care of the pets. They did a great job in grooming our little buddy. They have boarding facilities at a nominal charge, great food for pets and a wide space for pets to run around. They also have a cafe that serves beverages and snacks for pet owners. We loved this place and would come here regularly for our pet's grooming. ~ Reena B

The place is a must go for pets. My dog really loved the place and hence I often end up visiting the place more frequently.The staff there are trained and professional. Talking about charges, I found it to be nominal. The place is quite big, so my boy gets good space to run around. While he is being taken care of, I enjoy some snacks in the cafe there. The place is heaven for pet lovers. They have dogs inside the cafe who are super cute and adorable. You can play with them for as long as you want. The food is also good . So its a must visit place. I trust Tails and Coffee with my twin Beagles. I've left Honey and Bunny with them multiple times and have always come back to a happy twosome. The staff diligently sends videos of their well-being, multiple times a day, which puts me at peace and allows me to focus on my out of town event. First time i visit this cafe it is soo amazing place, especially here i saw the puppies are very safe, and all members care the puppies very carefully with joy and aman is also too good, and caring about the puppies . The coffee was amazing. We spent almost 2-3 hours there. Our dog also loved this place. The atmosphere and ambience is so pet friendly. The owner is also a great host. He made our dog feel at home.
